The short version

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and embeds no third-party trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain. The contact form opens your own email program: nothing you type is stored on the website.

What we process

When you email or call us, we keep your message and contact details in order to answer you and, if you become a client, to perform our agreement with you. The legal basis is your request and, afterwards, the contract. We keep prospect data for up to three years after the last contact and client files for the periods required by French law. Our host, Vercel, processes technical logs (IP address, browser) to deliver and secure the site.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may access, correct, erase or restrict the data we hold about you, and object to its use. Write to contact@staysandhomes.com or to AS INVEST, 78 avenue des Champs-Élysées, Bureau 326, 75008 Paris, France. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
