About the firm
A small Paris firm for clients who want one person to call: someone who knows the buildings, tells them the truth about an apartment, and stays until the keys are in their hand.
What we are
Stays & Homes Paris is a private property advisory based in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. We work for international and French clients who are buying, selling discreetly or looking for a residence in Paris, and we specialise in the classic apartments of the Haussmann era.
We are deliberately small. Each client deals with one person from the first call to the handover, in English or in French. We do not publish listings; we work from a written brief and through relationships with owners, agencies and notaires.
Antonin Sucheras, founder
Antonin Sucheras runs the firm. He has been with AS INVEST, the company behind Stays & Homes Paris, since its creation in Paris in 2021 — first as managing director, now as its president — working across Paris and its western suburbs. Before property he sold the Off-White collections at the brand's Paris showroom for three seasons, to buyers from around the world: a school of prepared appointments and flawless files.
He is also the founder of bluepic, which turns the photographs and floor plan of a property into one continuous video walk-through, room to room. He built it for a simple reason: a buyer abroad decides on what they see before boarding a plane, and photographs alone do not show how a home flows. Every property we shortlist comes with one.
How we work
- A written brief before any search, approved by you.
- A written agreement before any work, stating who pays what and when.
- Honest files. Each property comes with its faults as well as its qualities: the dark room, the vote on the roof, the noisy café.
- The right professionals. We work with licensed agencies under written agreements between professionals, with English-speaking notaires, and with tax and legal advisers when the question is theirs to answer.
- Discretion. We do not name clients or addresses, and we do not publish what we are shown in confidence.
About the name
The name says what we do, in the words our clients use. Stays: a week, a month or a season in Paris, in a palace suite or an apartment with hotel services. Homes: the apartment you rent or own. It is written "Stays & Homes Paris" or "Stays and Homes Paris". We are not related to similarly named accommodation companies abroad.
